POLICIES No Tipping Policy Please honor me by not tipping.  I provide a professional service and appreciate your gratitude in the form of referrals and return visits for all your hair needs.  Referral Program If you have enjoyed your experience and love your hair, please show your gratitude by referring your friends and family.  If you refer a friend you will receive 25% off one service and your referral will receive 15% off one service on their first visit. Appointments & Cancellation Policy With our busy schedules and lives, our time is valuable.  Please be respectful by arriving on time to your appointments.  To avoid being charged for your missed appointments, please provide at least 24 hour notice for all cancellations.  Service Guarantee and Redo Policy If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, please call and schedule a complimentary redo within 7 days.  No refunds are provided.  Full service price applies after 7 days.  Children in the Salon In order to create a relaxing environment for all clients, children under the age of twelve are allowed on the salon floor with an appointment only.
